I cannot see it going much longer than 5 - 7 years 10 max. Then again it could happen next week.
On a lighter note, last night we caught an episode of the Honeymooners made in 1956, the plot was that the rent was going up 15%. It only meant the rent was going up $5.00, which to Ralph was totally unacceptable. Their current rent at the time was under $34.00/month for a one bedroom in Brooklyn New York. Imagine that.
