Carter Montana | I've been having some issues since windows 10 installed. It has gotten to the point that none of my Office 365 programs will open (Windows encountered an error), pdf's won't open, QuickBooks won't open (Windows encountered an error) and my printer will no longer print.
All of my files transferred fine to a backup with no issues.
I've run Bitdefender and Malware bytes with nothing detected and cleaned out all extraneous stuff I could find.
I don't really have a local repair shop but am considering a reformat and reinstallation of Windows 10. The water is getting pretty deep at this point for me so I would entertain ideas.
Edit, Neither the windows 10 PC reset tool, nor the PC repair tool will run properly.
