southern MN | Do they have a junk mail filter? It might be in a pag somewhere on setup, where you can direct junk to go to a Junk folder. You might have it turned off. I'm familiar with the junk filters on yahoo and hotmail they work well. Not familiar with aol.
Otherwise, how do you read the emails? Through aol web page, or are you using an email reading program? They often have their own filter you can set up, as the other person mentioned.
