Make sure your fan is at 6 or 7. 600 is on the low end for the rotor, you might want to try 700 to 800 unless the beans are under 10%.


+1 I was just going to mention to make sure the fan is wide open, all the time, corn or beans, you can always control it a bit with the sieve.

Step your rotor rpm up 50 at a time and see if that helps. If you're still not happy, do the mods I was describing earlier.
