Look in the book, you will want to for levelling procedure anyways. Rotor in neutral and one section of grate removed so you can spin rotor to a space be ween blocks on far side and then the concave section will spin rotor on its way out. Two guys for lowering the concaves to the ground is best. I didn't know you could do what you did in pic.
