It's been that way here for quite a while. The dockage schedules are set up in .5% intervals. So like you say, 15.1% would be rounded to 15.5% on the schedule. If your merchandiser is easy to work with, you could probably get him to knock off that .1% to get you to the lower dockage.
I guess I am confused in our day and age of computers and entering these parameters into a computer algorithm, why can't the .1% be calculated and adjusted to what it is?
