Iowa | Does QB have some sort of news letter to warn their customers about these kinds of problems? Wouldn't they know these things would become issues for most of their customers and have plenty of time to send them an email to tell them what will happen and how to deal with it? $185.00 for what seems to amount to a subscription these days is annoying, but having something not working when you need it and having to make several blind attempts at fixing it until something clicks can be far, far more costly. It seems this sort of thing has been going on for years with little improvement.
I don't have a dog in this hunt. It's just one of those things that makes me shake my head. This would apply to other software companies as well.
