King City, Mo | Picked the popcorn today.
Yellow did good but not as good as last year.was on some tougher ground.
The white was disappointing but looked bad after setting ears so not surprised.
Got the cleaner out and ran the white threw it once.
May have to do some bags of mixed as yellow left in the combine came out with the white and the cleaner put the big white and the yellow in one tote and the small white kernels in another. Will have to try different screens and see what happens.
When I showed the oldest he paused and said "well sell the white for the same price as the yellow" he also decided to let customers mix and match to get the quanity discount.
