If you would have posted this 2 1/2 months ago your subject line would have been that the USDA doesnt know their head from their arse. The government has control of prices about the same as they control the weather on my farm and whether or not I plant corn or unicorn feed.
That chart is speaking on behalf of the years AV, I am as well. Yea 2.5 months ago things looked promising but it only last for a few days. The usda can be tricky...
