Yes you are right, and that's why I have said all summer USDA is way too high, both on nat yield and il y state avg. for IL I think closer to 190 than 200. A month ago I think many forgot just how great 2014 yields were, esp here in so il where guys started thinking 200 bpa was the norm. Now they are hitting reality. Don't get me wrong there may be a few acres down here that make 200 but it's only on exceptional dirt and high management, in 2014 it was everywhere.
Let's be clear, yields are great but...
