| When upgrading, did you set up a Microsoft account? If so your email address password should log you in. If that's not the case, I would probably roll back to previous version of Windows and remove all passwords, then upgrade again, and make sure to setup only a local account for now, you can always add the Microsoft account. Don't get frustrated, hopefully you backed up before hand! Windows 10 is a great operating system
