When posting, use the button titled "Html Editor/Link Tools". This gives you more formatting options such as font size, underlining, etc.  Paste your link where you want it, select the link, then click the button that looks like several chain links, titled "insert/edit link".  A pop-up box will appear; paste your link again in the box that's titled "Link URL".  Click the "insert" button, and you got it.
