The beans I have seen in eastern Ks and western Mo will be over 50. There will be a lot of 60s.
No 60's in my neighborhood as we missed too many rains......Some pods only have 1-2 beans..Most early beans look like 40-50 plus and double crop 30-40...Those are excellent yields that are well over average...I can't recall any neighbor ever growing beans in the 60's but 15 miles away its been done....

The 10 year average for the western MO counties bordering Kansas ranges from 30-34 bushels per acre...So you think that we have a chance to almost double that? The very best in the past 10 years is Bates county at 45 bushels in 2009....Look at how few counties that have even had a 50 bushel average..
