coffers. 1 billion would last generations and it's

It forces innovation.
It forces money to come to the market.
It forces turn over.
Most don't understand raw numbers.
Yes it will collapse until something new or
Innovative comes alOng it's a forced hand.
It uses everyone including the rich.
Money has to be used or it's lost.
