I love ours its a stainless steel pI resto pressure cooker use it on regular gas stove isn't the electric one on tv. I probably use it 2-3 times a week in the fall and winter, soups , stews , shredded pork and beef for sandwiches and Mexican food. I can go from froze to cooked chicken quarters in a hour or so.
Pressure cooking ?
