I have no answer for question but do have one for you. When do you know when to dig them up? Is it like potatoes and dig them up when the plant dies? I've grown potatoes for over 40 years but this is the first year I've tried sweet potatoes. They are still very healthy looking yet and very green. My potatoes died weeks ago and been dug up long ago. Yours looks great.
