Subject: How many sweet potatoes to make a pie?

SE Nebraska

How about just 1?
This one weighed in at 6.5 pounds.
Not sure what the entire crop weighs, but it pretty well fills our small wheelbarrow.
All from 15 sprouts off of a half rotten sweet potato.
