southern MN | I agree, the business line of Dell is pretty good, less bloatware and such. The tech support and follow up seems a lot more impressive as well, mine came with a very tiny scratch - dimple of a pinprick only, in my 22 inch touch screen, they shipped me a new one and an English speaking gal followed up until things were right, I was impressed with the support from the -business- line of Dell. Machine was about as cheap as a homeowner machine really, for what I got. Ordering online you can pick out the features you want, they always run some sort of special, more Emory, free monitor, free graphics card, some such every week.
