Email is NOT an efficient way to go about this! If you need to do this once, fine. But if you email a copy to phone email it back to PC, pretty soon you'll be scratching your head about which one is the most recent, or even worse, mixing up where you make changes. That's why you set up a cloud account(or use existing) then you can make changes on any device and everyone is happy.
