I always appreciate the low carb info you post last winter and spring I went low carb and lost about 20lbs and had really liked the diet and had a lot more energy a few personal things happened in my life and I fell off the bandwagon and resorted to eating junk again... I am going to be starting low carb again very soon as I am fed up with my current diet choices!
