Montana | That was in my Montana home town in the late 60s and early 70s and it was very very sad times. Women were beat up by drunk husbands and no place to go for help.
That was some of the old days that were not good at all. Poor families were very very poor and our grade school principal had a closet full of clothes to give the kids with really torn and stinky clothes. That Principal later became Montana National Guard General and he did a lot to help veterans get help. I was mighty proud to be a family friend with him and his family. | |
