Miracles of healing are found in Old Testament as well so to limit them to an "apostolic age" is not accurate. Apostolic age refers to the orginal doctrine that the apostoles received and taught thus we will not receive any new revelation from God.
"Again I will say we do not count on God miraculously heal a broken leg or heal a disease without seeing a qualified professional."
