As for what causes it...it is different for everyone,family genetics,abuse, personal conflict, medications, serious illness, major life, changing event. Those are somevexples of what can trigger it.
Some Dr think those of us who fight it don't produce enough serentonin in the brain which causes slower us to process emotions slower. While on the other side we produce to much cortisol which is your bodies stress hormone.
Mine is brought on by anxiety. | |
