Wireless ISP here too. Works good for the most part. Glad to have it available.
Sounds like you've got a good company that wants to expand. At least they acknowledged your inquiry and are checking into it, all within a few days. Hopefully they'll put a transmitter/receiver on your water tower.
Maybe you should moonlight as a marketing/sales guy for them and get a commission :)
