west-byGod-Pa. | Consumer Cellular has been good for me EXCEPT! when I signed up, the lady on phone did something wrong as far as punching in data for the transfer of my phone number from AT&T. As a result, AT&T "Locked up" my number & it took a week to finally get it all straightened out. ALL at CC I have spoken to have been "in-country" & have been very nice. My bill got "bumped up" to $40.00 last month because of a spate of texted pictures that sent my data through the roof. I expect to go back down this month or next. CC is top rated by Consumer reports & has been for years. That's about the only thing I trust about CR because it is customer-based survey. Would not hesitate to recommend CC to family or friend | |
