Subject: If the bearing

Aberdeen MS
has a rubber lip on both sides of the cage retainer, drilling a hole will do nothing more than possibly forcing the bearing "out".

One thing that can be done, pull the bearings out, carefully pry the inside retainer shield out and pack the bearing. Then you could either reassemble and be good to go without a zerk, or carefully cut the rubber off the retainer, drill the hole and keep it full.

Or like was shown in the other reply, use the hypo needle to slip under the rubber lip and refill. If you do go this route tho, don't just do it in one place, slip it under at 12, 3, 6 and o'clock on the bearing.
