I agree with Talcfarm. More free bolt length is a big help on this joint. Longer grade 8 bolts and thick washers produce that for you.

And...confession time here...once I read the sticker and started tightening per the torque specs, my problems decreased.

Now, if the threads in the arm are even partially moused out due to prior failures, you can drill the threads out and put a nut on the back side. This further helps with free bolt length.

And...the red headers have the plan on this item, IMO.
