just a tish NE of central ND

While paceing through Wally World store reciently, I noticed that there is a lawn mower for sale there that is advertised as a NO OIL CHANGE engine made by Briggs and Stratton on a snapper mower.Q P T engine meaning quiet power technology engine....it says just check and add, no need to change oil.7.25 foot power at 2600 rpms.......
WHAT is up with that?Never heard of that sort of thing before and I dont think that it was a 2 cycle engine either.......
