2. Financial situation - Keeping taxes stable is a good idea and sometimes in a high expense year, taking more income helps (and helps pay for the stuff).
3. You are convinced that it's all down from here and a $2.93 sale looks good compared to $2.43. Maybe go all out and buy a put because you know it's crashing.
