N.W. Ohio | Is a good question. Do you consider yourself a criminal when you drive 60 in a posted 55 speed zone? I tend to do this all the time, and even though I am breaking the law I don't consider it criminal behavier. As the above poster said, "innocent until proven guilty". So, when I get pulled over and get the speeding ticket, I suppose technically I become a criminal, even though I still won't think that I am. So, I guess the severity of the crime plays a big role in the definition? | |
