northern IL | I have just what you said where the jumper steel wire is hooked to a rope fence in a temporary cross fence it is coiled around the rope for about two feet. The same effect happens where it rusts a coil around the rope until it looses connection.
I don't remember what its called, but there's a paste that you use when hooking a copper wire to an aluminum wire to keep the connection from corroding. Would that work the same way on steel to stainless connections? | |
