Was wondering about the urban sprawl thing.
The low corn price is no longer a driver in the new frontier for further production increases as was the case fro the previous 6 years.Brazil still has enormous potentcial fpr acreage tpp be brought on line,but the incentive has fallen back some with the commodity pullback,expansion needs a profitable plan too be financed ,Africa has lots of acres sitting idle but also has a lot of droughts and so so much instability,still remember back 25 years or so when the governments of some countries issued too take out the white land owners and then were left with no one too grow their food.
When the funds have sold their position too near a record short again they will be looking too take profits and we will rally just because of that reason alone.WHEN THOUGH? | |
