Mosinee Wi | worked on fence found where I had put two bullnose insulators in the fence. I had put then 10 feet from the corner post on each side. I even put two 3 ft apart then hook the wire that goes around the post then the same on the other side. There is 2100 volts where its suppose to be none even 2100 volts between the two bull insulators These insulators have the steel strip so the wire does not pull trough the insulator.
