Will use this example have used before on here. Two farmers both farm 2000 acres. One rents 100% @ $300 rent Other owns his with $100 acre int, prin ,tax payment. Guy that rents has a $400,000 deficit to over come every year out of the gate to get on equal footing. Over five years = $2 million, pretty big hole to dig out of over a five year period.
