Nunn CO | Hello all,
A neighbor showed this to me today and was asking my advice. I only had a little bit to offer and figure I would tap into the knowledge you can offer as well. This is marketed as a soil amendment. From what I gather this company takes dairy manure and is somehow converting it into energy through the methane, if I understand correctly. The byproduct is this liquid based "soil amendment" which they are trying to get farmers to take. Its free, application and all. Sounds like they drive a semi across the field and spread it out the back. What instantly jumped out at me was the salt levels. Does that seem high? We are in a low rainfall area here and salt saturation would defintly make me nervous. Any advice or thoughts appreciated.
Thanks
