North Central Kentucky | many variations here. I don't use a recipe as much as a general idea.
At work, the guys like to cut potatoes into quarters and put in a deep baking pan with pepper, crushed red pepper a little salt, sliced onions cut up hot smoked sausage and about a half a stick of butter cut into pieces across the top. Cover with foil and bake 375ish until potatoes are done remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese of your choice. | |
