Harlan, KY | Got them both from the pound.
But the dog I have had the longest, is getting attacked by the new dog that is older in age. The new dog is also a lot smaller. The dog I've had the longest could easily tear this dog in half if he wanted to.
This new/older dog (had it for a year now) acts like a stray, you can tell. He doesn’t mind at all, and doesn’t come to me when I call, but rather runs away and doesn’t want to be caught.
Should I discipline the old/smaller dog when he attacks? Or let them go.
Do I need a third dog?
How should I handle this.
Both of these dogs live in the garage, I have a dog door, underground fence, and several acres they can go outside and do whatever they want.
