Western-Central Lower Michigan | You probably need to see a "surgeon" who can do a Upper Scope job to see just what issues you have. I did that. My short list of DONT's is, No alcohol, no caffeine, no chocolate. No late eating, and I take Omeprazole 2x a day.
The esophagus gets repeatedly inflamed by stomach acid and the tissue changes to "the same tissue as stomach or lower intestine. (not normal, and has a much higher risk to turn to cancer). I may need a "surgical rebuild" of the valve at the end of the stomach.
I just lost a buddy who fought esophagus/stomach cancer for 2.5yrs.
This is not just inconvenient, its a BIG RED FLAG. GO TO THE DR. (one who can scope you) |
