Blueberries. Eat a few a day and gout goes away!

Freeze a couple 10 pound boxes, and use them as ice cubes, or toss them in the morning cereal etc.
The same stuff that works in Tart cherry concentrate, is in blueberries but a lot more of it, and nowhere as astringent/acidic.
Handful a day also has shown great benefits to brain function, and fighting cancer cells.
Forget the apple a day rule, stick with Blueberries to keep the doc away..and save the apples for pie. |
