SC Wisconsin | I recently bought a Masterbuilt 30" Electric smoker. It came highly recommended from the smoking forums I read, I've been happy with it. The only thing I'd change is to go up to the 40" version, that way you can get a full slab in without bending or cutting it.
At the same time, I bought a "A-MAZE-N Pellet Smoker" - which was also recommended. I love it. It burns pellets, and it's pretty much a light it and forget it type deal. I think it has something like 10 hours of smoking capacity if fully loaded. | |
