Roann In. | I had a new home built and was finished about a year ago. So, after having lived in it a year, and carefully watching and observing this web site a great deal, before I built, I thought I had EVERYTHING covered. And really for the most part, I did. Someone mentioned "when you think you have enough electrical outlets, add more". Guy was dead on the money. It is impossible to have too many.
I built on a slab, but had one of the walk-in closets in the master suite made into a safe room. Wanted everything on one floor, wide doorways all of the stuff to make it ready for the next 10 or 20 years God willing.
You only do this once probably in a lifetime, this is not the time or place to cut corners. IMHO. | |
