NEOh | Built new in 2013: Likes: geothermal heat & AC, mud room in garage, garage is 24 x 32, walk-in shower with seat and body wash, 6" walls full of insulation and attic has extra insulation as well, insulated chimney to basement for wood burner, 3rd full bath in the basement, basement walk out. Dislikes: contractor placement of some light switches, some lighting fixtures that I chose, extra garage door for Boomer tractor that lost space for mud room above, two main garage doors should have been a foot taller for looks and tractor.
