I agree spinal injury. go to your vet and get a three day run of dexamethasone, and some lincomycin. the dex is a anti-inflammatory, linco is just in case there is some myco involved. this is one course of action, with no guarantees of success. another course of action is to slaughter the animal a soon as any meds have been purged.
