niobrara nebraska | exactly Jim with the real estate/houses part. My wife and I had a similar problem when we moved back to the farm. Couldn't sell our houses 200 and 300 miles from home. Had that problem from a good job that was moving us around in 06-08 timeframe. Turned them into rentals, took our wiping and now came out the other side actually liking them for investments. Once they are paid for they cash flow better and easier then any piece of farmland I could buy for 250K. | |
