Since you asked! Endgame for me is
1. Heaven. (Which is easy and already obtained, since it is a GIFT when faith alone is placed in the finished work of Jesus, alone.)
2. With rewards. (Which I, as a Heaven bound believer, may or may not earn depending on how I live this life...)
No matter what comes my way, my goal is to focus on this "endgame". With this perspective, the "endgame" becomes the "eternal game". Life with the Creator. Perfect leadership. Without end. Without evil. No sickness. No pain. No ageing. No tears. No bill payments due! And it is an absolute truth, not a fantasy! That is my "endgame". An "endgame" that takes (most of) the anxiety out of the details of this life.......Every day that passes I am one day closer! |
