If it is close the Quad Cities as you say, it should be desirable especially with facilities for horses. Three weeks is not long for a listing to be on the market. If it were 6 months I would be more motivated to sell.

If your real estate agent is on Multi-List it is on the Internet where numerous other real state sales people will see it.

I don't know how you have it priced according to what market value is for your area.

Some of the above have mentioned their tactics of buying and selling but it is my observation that those who come in low-balling or listing their property way above market value are not successful in their ventures. No one likes to deal with drama. Just be a business person as you go through this process and you will accomplish your mission.

It is your call as to how much you settle on the amount you sell for. Good luck.
