Centralia, MO | Not sure where you are located Bob but I had a realtor friend tell me that "on the average", most listings sell at about 97% of the listed price. If you are an interested buyer, you should make an offer within 90% of the listed price and negotiate from there. Everything in a real estate deal is up for negotiations, don't sell until you are happy with the money you will walk away from the table with!
