SE MN Still in Pothole Country | If you are into old buildings and architecture there is a bank in downtown Owatonna MN designed by Louis Sullivan. Very interesting. Always thought the murals of cows in a rolling pasture might have been done just west of Owatonna in a pasture I-35 now goes through. As a kid I lived on that farm 1953-1963. If you are a pie fan restaurant next to Ford-Chrysler on NW side of town has excellent. Could also tour Mayo in Rochester. |
