As a dealer that's the first time I've heard of that. Not saying it hasn't happened though. There were some updates to fix some improper installs in the past. That may or may not have been the culprit. Funny story, that reminds me of how our local AMS guy always told me about all these service calls he went on where all he had to do was unhook all the PP equipment and everything magically worked again.
