I manage a farm for a friend that I had sprayed with 12.5 ounces of Cobra and a quart of crop oil when the temp was 95 with a dew point in the upper 70's that looked like that. It did a lot better on the waterhemp than I would have ever hoped, and now you can't tell the beans were ever sprayed.
